Rich history in application development since 2000
CoolProfs was established in 2000 by Luuc van der Meer and Eric ten Harkel. In 2019, Camilla Ramberg was appointed CEO and has assumed leadership. The company is based in Oude Wetering, 10 minutes from Schiphol airport, the Netherlands.

Over the years CoolProfs has gained expertise in several model based development platforms..

In the early days CoolProfs mainly focused its expert knowledge on the development platform Cool Gen which is still being used by some of our developers today. Support and extensive in-depth knowledge of this development tool is still available at CoolProfs.

2009 choosing OutSystems
In 2009 CoolProfs added the low code platform OutSystems to its repertoire. By doing so, CoolProfs became the first OutSystems partner in the Netherlands. Today, CoolProfs has obtained the highest partner status, OutSystems Elite Partner, and has gained experience in multiple big and complex OutSystems projects.

CoolProfs counts 55+ certified OutSystems professionals, three of them are Most Valuable Persons (MVPs). The MVPs are closely involved in the development of the OutSystems platform itself. To complement the teams, CoolProfs has invested in architects, business analysts, scrum masters and tech leads. Together, they help customers digitalise their projects.

2020 expansion
Technological developments come and go and its impact can be difficult to estimate. Together with its internal Research & Development (R&D) team, CoolProfs assists customers in transforming these trends into opportunities and challenges. The R&D team also actively scouts for innovative technologies that can take the OutSystems low code platform to the next level.

The R&D team joins the Center of Excellence at CoolProfs in answering customer questions about OutSystems, their IT landscape, collaborates on the customers roadmap, hosts inspiration sessions, training and much more.

Our five core values are projected in everything we do: personal, fun, committed, assertive and creative.
